Transformation is about creating and implementing a habit or a series of habits that changes how you and others see you. Here’s an exercise, taken from Chapter 2 of Jack Canfield’s Best Seller “Success Principles” that transformed my daily method of operation because it has guided my actions based on my purpose. I have re-created this exercise with many, many clients and each has reported a transformation. Will it transform you in a small or significant way? You’ll only know if you do it.
Ready? Here it goes
- Write down your purpose as you now express it
- Watch the video below and do the exercise
- Write your purpose, whether it is the same or, based on the exercise, different from the original
- Write/type your purpose in a format you can post somewhere you will see it every day.
- Read your purpose first thing in the morning for one week
- Email your reflections on what this exercise has meant to you to: marty@topofmindguy.com
